	ESTRADA OF THE REPUBLIC OF SRPSKA "ERS" IS A VOLUNTARY, NON-PROFIT BRANCH ASSOCIATION IN CULTURE WHICH MUSICIANS - SHOW PERFORMERS AND OTHER MUSIC AND MUSIC-STAGE PERFORMERS JOIN, FINDING THEIR INTEREST IN ERS ACTIVITIES.

About Us Showbiz field in the area of the Republic of Srpska is regulated by the Republic of Srpska Law on Entertainment Activities no. 01-387/04 (RS Official Gazette no. 46/04, dated 21.05.2004.) and the Law on Amendments to the Law on Entertainment Activities no. 01-1595/09 (RS Official Gazette no. 106/09 dated 02.12.2009.) Given the fact that the law provides only one Entertainment Association in the Republic of Srpska, all showbiz associations had to adjust their activities, and a unique association at the level of Srpska was established on the recommendation of the Ministry of Culture. Association of Entertainers and Showbiz Artists of the Republic of Srpska, "Estrada of the Republic of Srpska" ("ERS") was established on 21. July 2004. by the Court Decision No: F-1-193/04 of 4.10.2004.; registration no. 019842209, PIN: 4402107760003, Bank account: 5620990001777340, head office: Banja Luka, address: Drage Malica 3, including its six regional offices in I - Banja Luka, II-Prijedor, III-Doboj, IV-East Sarajevo, V-Bijeljina and VI -Trebinje. Association of Entertainers and Showbiz Artists of Republic of Srpska within its competence is entitled to execute public authority: It is responsible for issues of establishing entertainment capacity and entertainment licensing categories for entertainers and showbiz artists, keeps records of workers, entertainers and artists; issues membership cards to Association members, prescribes the manner of advertising, it solves the issues regarding organization of entertainment programs; determines the conditions in the application for dealing with show business in the Republic of Srpska, makes decisions, gives opinions, issues certificates and other documents on the facts it decides or keep records on, and organizes show business programs of, performs agency tasks and provides performances for its members. Show business activity and public music performance may be performed by persons who are recognized as public entertainers or/and artists, or top showbiz artists in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Entertainment Activities. Entitlement to showbiz category is regulated in detail by the Rulebook on the criteria for recognition and acquiring the status of entertainer, artist, celebrity and top concert artist in the Republic of Srpska, which is regulated by the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Srpska. 		Every citizen of the Republic of Srpska may be a member of the Association under the same conditions, which is based on the opinion of the Commission and the Resolution of the competent body of the Association, who has acquired the status of an entertainer, a showbiz artist and/or showbiz top artist, in accordance with the Law on Entertainment activities and the criteria for recognition and gaining the status of an entertainer, showbiz artist and/or showbiz top artist.
